Marie you ROCK!!!
Okay I have to admit that I was getting a little worried that Marie was going to get the boot. EEE of little faith! I was so glad when they said that she is continuing. Well one week of Dancing with the stars is over now until we meet again.
Other news on the home front we have a baby, we have a baby!!! My cousin koolaide (Margie) and her husband Roy had a baby boy yesterday at 5:30 PM. His name is
Joseph Zane Patton.
Weight was 7lbs 15oz.
Length: 21"
Born: September 25, 2007
Congratulations Cousin Koolaide and cousin Roy.
Aunt Shirley said they called about 4:30 Pm and said they were on their way to the hospital after Roy aired up the tire on the car. It was a good thing he didn't have to change it or he would of been delivering a baby!!!! Auntie said he doesn't have red hair though. She wanted a red head in the family.
Well that is all I have to say tonight!
Oh yeah I really hate going to a fast food restaurant and come home and find out that I don't have all my sandwiches that I had ordered. The restaurant better get people that are not in outer space and know what they are doing. One really upset customer!!!!

Fried Ice Cream
In one word mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmgood!! I have had this sinful dessert many times in my life. And they all have been so good. I thought I would google and see if I can come up with a recipe for it. And to my surprise I found a web site called cooks.com and they have 36 different recipes for fried ice cream. wow, I didn't know there would be so many different ways to make it. Here is one of them that I found it was the first one so if you want more you will have to go to the site and get the rest.
FRIED MEXICAN ICE CREAM
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes or cookie crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. sugar
1 egg
Oil for deep frying
Honey
Whipped cream
Scoop out 4 or 5 balls of ice cream. Return to freezer. Mix crumbs, cinnamon and sugar. Roll frozen ice cream balls in half the crumb mixture and freeze again. Beat egg and dip coated balls in egg, then roll again in remaining crumbs. Freeze until ready to use (for thicker coating repeat dipping in egg and rolling in crumbs).
When ready to serve, heat oil to 350 degrees. Place a frozen ice cream ball in fryer basket or on a perforated spoon and lower into hot oil 1 minute. Immediately remove and place on dessert compote. Drizzle with honey and top with a dab of whipped cream. Continue to fry balls one at a time. Balls will be crunchy on the outside and just beginning to melt on the inside. 4-5 servings.
Now the reason for this picture I went scrap booking with my best scrapping buddie Tuesday (Dee Ann)and we ate at the Mexican restaurant and we had this for dessert. We shared it this time we learned our lesson last time we had this we both had one and boy were we hurt en. Enjoy and wipe those drools off from your mouth!!! I know, I know it is hard when something looks this good.

Yeah Yeah I know yuck most of you hate cool or even colder weather but I just thrive on it. I hate summer and I am never sad to see it leave. Winter on the other hand I hate to see it go because it means shorts (shiver at the thought)Fall is just around the corner. Yeah. It is the start of College and pro football. Going to Eric's brother's house and watching a few games with them. Having a good time even when they loose. :0( Just don't have Jeff cook when his favorite team is loosing, or you just might not get to eat. All of Eric's brothers try to get together every Sat. or Sunday to watch the games it is fun by all. Here's to fall crisp weather!!!!!! Go Iowa, Broncos, and Buffs, and Rams (Colorado Buffs and Rams)

new Job?
I had great news last night I have a job interview at Pamida Thursday at 9:00 AM. I am just so excited that they called and would like to interview me I just can't stand it. I hope and pray this is all going to work out. I guess it is all in God's time is what they always say. So I am thankful for this chance to maybe get my life in order get things taken care of, like get bills payed off and be able to take small mini vacations with family and friends. Please keep this in your prayers that I do get this job. This is some thing I feel that I really need in my life right now. I guess mainly to fill the void of not being a stay at home mom, which I still am but you know what I mean? I hope any way.

What a cutie pie!!
Here is pictures that I took of my great niece Dusty. We had a family picnic up at Preparation park just a few miles from here. I took these pictures of her with my New canon camera rebel xt. This camera is just awesome to awesome for words. Enjoy the cutie.
I really like this one it is of Dusty looking up at the trees and watching the leaves move. This is the first time she has really been outside so she was soaking it all in.

pages?
Well I have been asked to show some of the pages I scraped booked August 28th when I went to Sioux City to scrapbook with my buddie and partner in crime (Dee Dee). Now don't laugh at them I am not the best scraper in the world. I don't get creative. I am so far behind my scrap booking it is unreal so here is a stab at taking the picture of my pages. I hope you can see them okay. One is of peanut's graduation stuff, our best friends from Indiana, Peanut going off to college, and one of her and her favorite cousin Ryan. A special thanks goes out to my models who held my pictures while I took my attemt of taking pictures, Marae & Stephanie.
