Breath taking Iowa sunset.

Eric and I went to take pictures of the sunset and this is what was greeting us. A very beautiful breath taking sunset.  WOW!  The sun is setting so much earlier now, you can sure tell summer is coming to an end.  I can't say I am sad to see summer leave, this has been one really hot summer.  I am so much a sweatshirt girl. And I am so ready for winter or at least cooler weather.

These are my roses not a gorgeous as my grandma K's roses were but they are my roses and darn proud of them.

This one of my most favorite pictures I took while in Colorado, it was all by it's self with no other ones around.  Love it.  Do believe it is a Colorado Columbine the state flower.

Naked Ladies flowers.  If you don't get a pictures of these pretty beauties you miss out.  They only last a few days and start to drop their petals.

Fall is coming fast.  Here is the first sign of Fall I have seen and it is really early for the leaves to be changing.

Katlyn's Wedding shower

These jars are for all seasons and has Popsicle sticks for the guest to write an idea what to do during those seasons when they are bored.  It was a big hit they all had fun writing on them.

Katlyn got a bunch of nice gifts at her shower I don't think she got any duplicates at all.  We had a great time!  Sure do miss them.  :-)
