The Weather Outside is Fightful!!!

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!

It's is 1 degrees out side here at 9:30 pm, the wind chill is -23. Are you cold yet? The wind is howling out side we had gotten some snow today but you can't enjoy it cause it is FREEZING here.

Hump day Wednesday

Happy hump day Wednesday! Just got back form Bible study and thought I would share with you some of my holiday decorating I have done. Keep in mind it is all not done yet but it will get there. So this first picture is of my mom's living room. Yes mom I used your living room hope it is okay didn't want just one side of the house decorated think that would look funny.

Now the next ones are of my new white Christmas tree that has my snowmen ornaments on it. Ans soon it will have photo ornaments on it just got to get them all out and done so I can put them on it. And yes peanut there are Christmas presents under the tree now see.

This is my china cupboard that is now in the kitchen and I have all my snowmen on it. Think I have plenty? If you ask my family they would say yes!!! :0)

This one is my talking snowmen and as you can tell they have Rosy cheeks when they talk. These cute guys drive my daughter and husband crazy when they go off cause they are motion activated. Just toooo darn cute if you ask me.

And now this is my big tree that is in our living room. I won't put presents under this tree this year cause really there is no room underneath it for any thing. I have a train that goes around it also but this year I didn't put the batteries in it cause we never really made it go around the tree. I have always wanted a train that went around my Christmas tree. Now I hope you have enjoyed your tour of some of my decorations!!! Thanks for stopping by!!!

It's starting to look alot like Christmas!

You know that old Christmas song the one that goes like this "It's Starting to Look A lot Like Christmas" Come on sing it with me. :0)

We are getting our first measurable snow fall tonight so guess who had to get the camera out and take a few clicks on it? Yeah you got it me. These pictures were taken about 10:30 PM. We are now under a winter advisory so we are going to get more snow. they are saying up to 4 inches. Wow! I guess it is close enough to Christmas now that I can start wishing for snow. I know every one hates it but it is sooooo pretty coming down with no wind just snow. That is the best kind. Now I think Sioux City is really getting the brunt of it cause when I was up there this morning and early afternoon it was raining, and when I was coming home it was starting to freeze so that is not good at all. Peanut said they were getting a lot of it. Well I won't make you wait any longer for the snow pictures I just know you are dieing to see them. lol! These were taken in the front of the house.

Christmas Shoppen

Yippee my Christmas shoppen is done for this year! I have really never been so behind in my shoppe as I was this year. The sad part every one is getting less than normal, especially the kid. Even Eric and I decided not to exchange gifts this year so we can go on vacation back to Indiana this spring or summer. The first thing we need to do is get new tires and some other things that just might pop up when they check the car out. I need new glasses. We are also trying really hard to pay off our credit cards as soon as possible. We have two that are really close. Which I am really glad for cause I have been paying more on all of them so we can get them payed off. I will hope to God that we will be smarter than we were this last time. It has scarred me having this debit over our heads with the way things are now days in the world. Well it almost bed time for me I am soooo tired that I need tooth picks to keep them up. :0) So till we meet again have a great day or week which ever it may be.

It's December!

Oh my it's December and how time has flown. I have been sent this video about getting your Christmas lights up twice now, and it is so cool so I am going to share it with you!

Now does your Christmas lights look this cool? I sure know mine don't I can only dream!!! Who ever has done this is very gifted. Now This is what my Christmas lights look like. lol
